These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our AI-powered compliance scanning platform for registered investment advisers.
2. Description of Services
ReguScan provides automated compliance analysis tools designed to assist registered investment advisers in identifying potential regulatory deficiencies in their marketing disclosures and Form ADV filings.
Our services include: automated fiduciary sweeps, compliance assessment reports, remediation templates, and regulatory guidance resources.
3. Not Legal Advice
IMPORTANT: ReguScan is not a law firm. The information, analysis, and templates provided through our platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
Users should always consult with qualified securities counsel before making any compliance decisions or filing amendments to Form ADV. No attorney-client relationship is created by using our services.
4. User Accounts and Payment
Access to premium features requires payment of the applicable fees. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Data Privacy and Security
We take data security seriously. All scans are performed using 256-bit encryption. We do not store scanned website content longer than necessary to generate your compliance report.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReguScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
